Screw Materials
The screw materials manufactured by Hsin Yu Industrial include stainless steel and carbon steel, with different steel types identified by the following numbers:
- Stainless steel: 304, 305, 316, 410, 430
- Carbon steel: 1018, 1022, 10B21, 35ACR, 45ACR, 8.8 grade fasteners
Hsin Yu can provide customization options, allowing adjustments to the appearance, thread type, and head shape of the fasteners. Options such as groove cutting, cross-cutting, burr-free cutting, and forming of the head groove are available. A defect rate of 50PPM or less can be requested through quality control and screening machines, catering to customization requirements.
